Hosanna’s Helping Hands Pantry

It’s based on the idea of the “little free library,” a smaller, more private way to help families or individuals in need in our community. People may stop by 24 hours a day to pick up just a can or box of food or a paper product or personal care item they need without having to come in to our building to talk to talk to someone.

The sign on the front of the door says, “Take what you need, donate what you can.” Donations of cash or non perishable food that can withstand the changes in weather can be brought to the church to place in the storage cabinet near the east entry way, or anyone can stop and fill the box with food and personal care items.

If you’d like to help please contact Barb Anderson at barbpaul@charter.net or 507-951-6848, or Outreach Advocate, Terri Ashworth, at terri@ashworthhome.com.
