1) If one not already installed, install a pdf file writer such as cutepdf on your PC. See http://www.cutepdf.com/products/CutePDF/writer.asp. Note that you need to install both cutepdf and ghostscript.

2) Print the minutes/report to be uploaded using the cutepdf printer. Save the resulting pdf file.

3) Go to http://www.hosannalutheran.org/upload/uploading.html

4) Fill in your name

5) Fill in the password: ******

6) Select the type of item to be uploaded

7) Use the browse button to find and open the pdf file that was created using freepdf. Now the pdf file location should show up as the pdf file name on the form

8) Click on "upload file"

9) You should get a message in the upper left of your screen like "You uploaded ******.pdf which had a MIME type of application/pdf"

10) Because of web page queuing you may need to close and restart your internet brouser in order to review your latest upload.
